Description
Inventory #V2A5510. In 2019 there was a "superbloom" of wildflowers in the Arizona desert. Up near Bartlett Lake, the bloom was breathtaking. This particular clump of poppies mixed with lupine were made even better with the inclusion of the white (sometimes tinged pink) poppies. The yellow poppies are Mexican gold poppies. The white ones are called Ivory Castle Poppies, I'm told. The tall purple spikes are known in Arizona as Lupine. In Texas they're called bluebonnets.
